All event bookings, tickets, and service reservations are subject to confirmation. Cancellations made by customers must be communicated in writing to our customer service team within the specified timeframe provided at the time of booking. Refund eligibility, if applicable, will depend on the nature of the service, event type, and timing of the cancellation.
In the event that Device Ring cancels or reschedules an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as artist unavailability, technical issues, weather conditions, or safety concerns, customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule, at our discretion.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original method of payment and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account. Service fees, processing charges, or customized arrangements may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
Device Ring does not provide refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. By booking our services or attending our events, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
